The Professor takes drastic measures to conceal evidence in ‘Money Heist: Korea’

In Money Heist: Korea Episode 6 finale, fans finally learn more about the Professor and his tie to a grander story. The episode begins with a flashback of the Professor teaching at a university about the economic influx from uniting North and South Korea. He explains his theory of the two countries uniting under one common goal.

But his lecture is being heard by National Assembly Member Kim Sang-man. Kim says the Professor’s theory can become a reality and proposes they work together to help unify the countries. The Professor accepts. Back in the present time, the Professor is in a car chase with the police. The car he is driving was used by the team and is evidence.

He manages to drive into a river and escape the police. Back at the negotiators’ base, Seon Woo-jin ( Kim Yun-jin) learns one of Captain Cha Moo-hyuk’s (Kim Sung-oh) agents were killed after infiltrating the heist. The public is in an uproar, unknowing the status of the hostages.

Meanwhile, the team evaluates their plan, and Tokyo (Jeon Jong-seo) puts Berlin (Park Hae-soo) back in charge. The Professor ropes in the team on his call with Woo-jin. He allows her to enter the Mint alone to see if the hostages are safe. The gunshots alerted the public, and the Professor sees it as a way to make the team look good to the people.
