Tyler Crispen offered to leave for Bayleigh Dayton and Da’Vonne Rogers

After their memorable blowout from Big Brother 20, Bayleigh Dayton and Tyler Crispen tried to repair their relationship in season 22. They created a private safety pact and aligned in the Slick Six.

However, Tyler repeatedly encouraged his final two ally, Christmas Abbott, to target Bayleigh if she won Head of Household because he blamed her for voting emotionally during BB20, which resulted in him losing.

During Week 5, Christmas barely won HOH and followed through with the plan. After nominating “untouchables” Da’Vonne Rogers and Bayleigh, Tyler advised Christmas to lock herself in the room to avoid the latter’s “wrath.”

During BB22 Week 5, Tyler Crispen offered his Big Brother life for Bayleigh Dayton and Da’Vonne Rogers because he wanted to amplify their movement. However, things didn’t go as planned, and Da’Vonne feared Tyler might have pulled the move for strategy. She confronted him in the Jury House, and he became emotional while explaining himself. Even though Da’Vonne accepted his apology, fans aren’t buying it.

A couple of days later, after Christmas won Power of Veto, Tyler had a change of heart and approached Bayleigh and Da’Vonne. He told the friends he recognized they were there for a “bigger cause” and revealed he wanted to “stand for something bigger than himself.”

Therefore, he offered to leave in place of either of them. However, Christmas refused to backdoor her ally as she didn’t want to do anyone’s “dirty work,” and Bayleigh went home that week.

Tyler promised Da’Vonne he was ‘genuine’

After Bayleigh’s eviction, Da’Vonne vocalized how it bothered her that Tyler brought up the Black Lives Matter movement as a reason to leave and then seemingly reneged.

It weighed on her mind for a few weeks until she got the opportunity to speak to him about it when he joined the jury during episode 31. Da’Vonne asked if his move was “strategic,” and Tyler promised he was “dead serious” when he approached them about leaving to elevate their movement.
