First Lady Melania Trump is showing the world that she is not a woman to mess with as she has fired back at her former aide Stephanie Winston Wolkoff with a ferocious attack for writing a “salacious” tell-all “book of idle gossip trying to distort my character.”
Not holding anything back, Melania also went after the media for gleefully reporting on “Melania & Me,” Wolkoff’s memoir about her time working on President Donald Trump’s January 2017 inauguration and in the East Wing.
“Once again, outlets chose to focus their coverage on pettiness over my positive work. There are plenty of opportunists out there who only care about themselves, and unfortunately seek to self-aggrandize by knowingly taking advantage of my goodwill,” Melania wrote in a fiery blog post.

These kinds of people only care about their personal agenda—not about helping others.”
It was clear from the essay just how disgusted Melania was by her former friend selling her out for her own personal gain.
“Anyone who is focused on tearing things down for their own gain, after knowing what I stand for, has lost sight of what we are here to accomplish and who we are here to serve,” she said. “To push forward a personal agenda that attempts to defame my office and the efforts of my team, only takes away from …
