Expect big lines for Jungle Cruise tiki mug as Disneyland fans turn out for Trader Sam’s collectible

Four powerful fandoms will collide when Disneyland releases the new Jungle Cruise holiday nutcracker tiki mug at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar.

The “Jungle All the Way” tiki mug will go on sale at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at the Disneyland Hotel cocktail bar, according to Disney.

The new nutcracker tiki mug is expected to draw hundreds of Disneyland fans willing to wait in hours-long lines for the Jungle Cruise collectible.

The collectible mug features a tiki nutcracker figure wearing a hat with a garland accent and holding the helm wheel of a ship. “Jungle All the Way” is inscribed on the base of the mug.

The Jungle Cruise nutcracker is the latest in a series of limited-edition tiki mugs released annually. The new souvenir collectible brings together four big fan bases: Disneyland, Jungle Cruise, tiki and the Christmas holidays.

The Trader Sam’s nutcracker pays tribute to the Jingle Cruise, a holiday overlay of the classic Jungle Cruise attraction. The Jingle Cruise ran in Adventureland at Disneyland from 2013 to 2016. The holiday version of the Jungle Cruise continues to run at the Magic Kingdom in Florida.

The new collectible is expected to draw long lines. In 2018, Disneyland fans waited up to five hours to nab a $30 hatbox ghost tiki mug.

Collectors will be limited to two
