Joe Giudice’s ICE Detention Center Accused Of Horrific Conditions & Sex Abuse Crimes

The detention center Joe Giudice has been transferred to has a long history of scary lawsuits, can exclusively reveal.

Joe, 46, who left the Allenwood FCI Low Prison after serving four years for fraud, transferred in the middle of the night to the Clinton County Correctional Facility on Tuesday, March 14.

According to records exclusively obtained by Radar, the facility has been accused of sexual abuse, horrid living conditions, excess force and overcrowding.

In 2015, a female inmate by the name of Jada Ferguson sued the detention center claiming she was forced to “perform oral sex” on correctional officer Chance Davy in the bathroom. A week after the first incident, Davy allegedly “unbuttoned her jump suit and digitally penetrated her.”

Ferguson went on to claim that the Davy harassed her because she worked as an exotic dancer.

On January 25, 2019, the lawsuit was Dismissed without Prejudice.

In 2013, inmate Brandon Vuocolo accused Warden Thomas Duran of housing him in “a cell without water, clothing, a mattress or amenities for one week, and that he was further denied showers for ten days.”

Duran was issued a “Motion for leave” and the case was dismissed.

In 2017, a trial for lawsuit filed in 2012 by inmate Joel Snider, claimed that he was “subjected to excessive force and inadequate medical treatment for his injuries.”

Snider claimed he was pepper sprayed twice in the face by officers, and was never provided a “solution to eliminate its effects.” He also claimed that he was choked and injured after being pulled from his cell.

The case never reached court as Snider later attempted to take his own life and he was transferred to a mental health facility.

On top of all the lawsuits, Joe is facing an overcrowded detention center. According to Commissioner Jeff Snyder, Clinton County Correction takes in an average of 100 detainees per week.
