A Tiburon mansion tied to Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich is for sale for $12M.
The 13,000 square foot home has six bedrooms and nine baths. It features a recording studio, underground sport court, pool and sauna, and an aquarium over a bathtub, among many other amenities. The sale also includes two separate, buildable, adjoining lots, which the current homeowner purchased years ago, to better secure his privacy.
Public records list Lars Ulrich as a past owner of the property which is now under a trust. Steven Mavromihalis with Compass is the current listing agent.Related Articles
