In the video, Shannon’s tough-love sidekick Tamra Judge, 51, tells the 54-year-old mother of three that it is time to take off her ring.

“I have never taken this off, except when I was pregnant and my fingers were too fat and it wouldn’t fit anymore,” Shannon told Tamra through streams of tears. “I haven’t taken it off, so to not have it on, I know I’m going to feel like I’m naked.”

A RHOC insider told Radar, “After deciding that she didn’t want to grind the diamond ring to pieces in a blender, which she strongly considered, Shannon now keeps the ring at the bottom of a cookie jar.”

The dieting Shannon, who recently lost 50 pounds, “knows she isn’t going anywhere near that cookie jar. Not when she looks as hot as she does now. That ring will stay there forever!”
