Jason Momoa joked about raping ‘beautiful women’ on ‘Game of Thrones’; female fans are not amused

Men in Hollywood better watch out.

Thanks to the understandable outrage over long-hidden sexual allegations involving movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, male stars face having any embarrassing skeletons being pulled out of their proverbial closets and posted on social media.

It’s already happened massively to Ben Affleck, with a couple of disturbing, sexually-laced TV appearances from the early 2000s going viral on Twitter.

Now it’s happening to Jason Momoa, who played the legendary Khal Drogo in the first season of “Game of Thrones,” The Blast reported.

A video from a 2011 Comic-Con panel has resurfaced in which he jokes about getting to “rape beautiful women” while portraying his fierce warlord character on “Game of Thrones.”

After someone asked Momoa what he liked about being on the show, he said he loves being able to “get away” with so much stuff, like ripping someone’s tongue out of their throat, and getting to “rape beautiful women.” Momoa’s comment is about 1:50 seconds into the video:

The crowd roars with laughter, then it become a little uncomfortable. All Momoa’s co-stars immediately put their heads down.

After the video surfaced on Twitter, fans of Mamoa and of “Game of Thrones” immediately went nuclear. Here’s an example.
